Powder mix- bentonite clay, epsom salt, baking soda

Herbal Sachet - canduela flowers

Essential oil - lemon & balance essential oil

Add all three to your bath water.

Don't take baths? No problem.

Use the powder mix for a foot soak.

Use the sachet in your clothing drawer

Use the essential oil in the diffuser. Lemon is very cleansing and uplifting. Balance blend is very calming and relaxing!
